I recommend this book because Minette Norman describes leadership as transformational. I like how she describes how, by understanding oneself and one's own leadership capabilities, one can be “bold” and different. Using this, one can lead teams courageously. I recommend this book because Pete clearly understands that empathetic leadership is a way to connect emotionally with your team.
