I love this book because the affirmations are based on the wit and wisdom of strong women. I love this book because, unfortunately, at work and/or in our personal lives, we encounter nasty people. Because I do not consider myself to be a nasty person, I often did not know the tools that would equip me to effectively deal with nasty people when I encountered them.
