Book cover of It Ends with Us

Ella Buckley Why did I love this book?

This book. This Book. THIS BOOK.

I love the character development, the drama, and the romance that make up this story.

This book taught me about love and loss; I will forever be grateful for this masterpiece. It gave me a better understanding of the difficult situations people face, and the strength of these characters will always stand as a reminder not to be afraid to ask for help.

It saddens me to think that there are many people across the globe who can relate to the character Lily. She has been through the emotional roller coaster of life, just as humans do today. So, I ask you to please read this book and to “just keep swimming.” You will eventually reach the shore.

What is this book about?

Lily hasn't always had it easy, but that's never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. Book cover of Dear Evan Hansen

Ella Buckley Why did I love this book?

This book has changed my life. It showed me that when there is grief, there is also time for healing and self-discovery.

The relatable characters will make you want to cry, and the overall message is inspiring. If you have the time, I highly encourage you to watch the musical because the lyrics will tug at your heartstrings. Dear Evan Hansen has taught me that dealing with mental health is never easy, but by working together and reaching out to others, you can make someone feel loved.
