Book description

Why read it?

2 authors picked Life Worth Living as one of their favorite books. Why do they recommend it?

The subtitle is A Guide to What Matters which captures why this is an important book. It's based on the course at Yale University that's received a lot of media attention, and I think it's worthwhile to check in on the decisions we make about how we want to live our lives.

I am in my 2nd pass of reading this book, now more slowly, while thinking about the smaller questions and the questions it poses.

I tend to read books out of page order, skipping around (which this book suggests NOT to do). I read it my way for my 1st pass and realized that to do it justice; I need to read it more carefully in page sequence. I will probably need to read it a 3rd time and journal (as the authors suggest doing).

A MUST read for parents, educators, and doctors.
