Hazel Hill Is Gonna Win This One

This is a middle-grade book about a seventh grader trying to prove her golden boy classmate is not as great as he seems. My kid says that it “hits the balance of being funny and teaching actual important lessons. The main character is easy to root for. She’s just good.”

She laughed out loud while reading it and wanted to find out if the author had written any more books.

Hazel Hill thinks she’s the only girl in the 7th grade who likes girls that way, until Tyler tells her that Ella Quinn told him she likes Hazel.
