Book cover of A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose

Niobia Bryant ❤️ loved this book because...

I believe this book played a huge role in my spiritual awakening and healing journey. One of the greatest lessons was to observe my thoughts but not to be controlled by themparticularly those that lean toward negative. Reading this book was a huge step in changing my mindset and releasing emotions that were not my own. Understanding the real reason I felt so much anxiety in crowded settings was pivotal to me setting boundaries, claiming my peace, and living in my purpose. Highly recommend.

My 2nd favorite read in 2024

Book cover of Ask and It Is Given

Niobia Bryant ❤️ loved this book because...

Learning that your emotions are directly tied to your ability to manifest the reality you want was huge for me. Vibration and frequency are everything. Using the scale provided in the book to check in with myself about where I was vibrating (or how I was showing up in the world) and then providing tips to raise my vibration was very helpful. Now I go about my day with the intention to be in a higher vibration—with emotions like joy, peace, optimism, happiness, hope, etc., and use the tools provided to shift out of lower vibrations—like anger, grief, pessimism, jealousy, frustration, etc.

Also, I learned that holding on to grudges against those who wronged me was blocking me from receiving everything meant for me. That was enough for me to become open to forgive them FOR ME. Of course, there's real healing work to be done, whether through honest self-reflection or with the help of a counselor, but this book can play a role in the desire to transform your life.

I believe that we all have dreams, gifts, blessings, and manifestations that are attainable once we align with the best version of ourselves.

Book cover of Light Is the New Black: A Guide to Answering Your Soul's Callings and Working Your Light

Niobia Bryant ❤️ loved this book because...

This is my third fav book that aided my spiritual awakening. The title says it all. To exist and thrive in this world with the intention to be a light- a good thing- resonated with me and thus helped guide me to my purpose. The belief of being a lightworker made me understand that adversity is a necessary part of our journey to remembering that we are the light that overcomes the perceived darkness of the world. Every day, I set the intention to be a light in this world and hold hope that others will do so as well for the greater good of all. And it is so.
