Since I too am a retired Army general officer, I can relate to the challenges and struggles Gregg Martin went through.  But Martin’s experiences are not just unique to senior Army officers, as they are prevalent among other senior strategic leaders in close-knit organizations and cultures.  It takes a lot of courage to come out and share with transparency, but that is the type of leader Gregg Martin is.
