Having spent more than 30 years in sports public relations and marketing, I was intrigued when I was first introduced to Michael Rasile via LinkedIn as the host of the For The Love Of Sports podcast.

I would regularly watch Michael’s podcast interviews that I discovered on LinkedIn with leaders in the sports business industry. A short time later, I invited Michael to be a guest speaker in my sports marketing and sponsorship course in the Rutgers University Global Sports Business graduate program. Michael gave me and each of the students his book, Winning In Sports Business.


The book provides insights, advice, and lessons for anyone who wants to break into the sports business. Mike shares the career journeys of successful sports business executives that will inspire anyone who dreams of working in the sports business.
