I met Jakob van Wielink at a conference and was very impressed with him, his knowledge, and his approach, and that made me determined to get hold of the book on leadership he had co-written. I was not disappointed.
So much of the literature on leadership recycles what has been known for years, but this book instantly struck me as fresh and innovative. I love the idea of leadership as a ‘calling’ and I found the use of attachment theory to be very insightful and thought provoking.
