Why read it?

1 author picked Economic Sophisms and "What Is Seen and What Is Not Seen" as one of their favorite books. Why do they recommend it?

Bastiat was a 19th-century French economist, writer, and politician. Modern critiques of zero price “monopolists” (e.g., Facebook or Google) should take note!
