After running and pulling a cart between 500 yards and 30 miles a day (depending on weather conditions), she reached home 5 years and 53 pairs of shoes later having run 20,000 miles around the world.
The book recounts all the challenges and how they were overcome. I felt it was a summary of diary writings which wasn’t always fluent or of the same level…
