Why read it?
1 author picked Why Software Sucks...and What You Can Do About It as one of their favorite books. Why do they recommend it?

Platt established many of the fundamental principles of writing usable and transparent software, and his book should be read not only by designers, but perhaps especially by programmers.
From Jesse's list on for creating great software.
