Jonathan Stea is a clinical psychologist (and psychology professor) who knows a lot about the ailments of the mind. He's also a leader in the battle against a wellness industry that pretends psychological illness isn't real or can be resolved by lifestyle choices or dietary supplements. I'm not sure Jonathan is winning this fight, but I know he's on the right side! Misinformation is rampant in our society today and the wellness industry is a prime example. Johnathan breaks down how misinformation works and how we can each inoculate ourselves against it. Highly recommended!
