One of the methods of transformation Ken Keyes suggest is that you memorize something he calls the Twelve Pathways. Twelve short Wisdom statements that he formalized in 1975. Statements that can get you through any uneasy life situation. MEMORIZING THOSE PATHWAYS IS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I HAVE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF. I still use them automatically on a regular basis 40 years later. I cant tell you how grateful i am for the Handbook. It’s not just a book. It’s a non religious science of happiness and it works.
