One of the most beloved icons of children's literature, Winnie-the-Pooh!

Return to the Hundred Acre Wood in A.A. Milne’s second collection of Pooh stories,
The House at Pooh Corner. Here you will rediscover all the characters you met in Winnie-the-Pooh: Christopher Robin, Eeyore, Owl, Piglet, Kanga, tiny Roo, and, of course, Pooh himself. Joining them is the thoroughly bouncy and lovable Tigger, who leads the rest into unforgettable adventures.

Since 1926, Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends have endured as the unforgettable creations of A.A. Milne, who wrote these stories for his son, Christopher Robin, and Ernest H. Shepard, who lovingly gave Pooh and his companions shape.

These characters and their stories are timeless treasures of childhood that continue to speak to all of us with the kind of freshness and heart that distinguishes true storytelling.

The adventures of Christopher Robin, Winnie-the-Pooh, and all their friends in the storied Forest around Pooh Corner. "This is an example of a sequel in which there seems to be no letdown, and from all sides I catch echoes of most joyous reaction to it." ---
New York Herald Tribune, 1928

This book is always a joy to pull down and read a chapter or two with my four year old. We both get a giggle and it's a sweet way to end the day.
The printing and binding are lovely and a treat to flip through.

So fun.... the last chapter is everything. It's worth reading just for that, though don't skip the rest of it either, because it means more after all of that.

I grew up watching the Winnie the Pooh movies and shows from Disney, and also reading the Pooh picture books. But I recently realized that I had never read the original Pooh books! So that is why I bought this book (along with the first Pooh book). It's such a wonderful book and brings back so many memories of childhood and innocence. These books can be read by people of all ages! It's not just for kids! I enjoyed reading it myself and to the kids I babysit for. The pictures are in black and white, so if you're someone who prefers color or doesn't like B&W, I suggest buying another version of the book. But I don't mind the original Black and White version. The illustrations are wonderfully done. This is a must buy for any Pooh fan!

Thiw is a fantastic collection of short stories about a lovable group of pretend animals. I burst out laughing
at least three or four times as I read each story. Who could not laugh when reading about the only animal
who could spell his own name (WOL) and could spell Tuesday so you knew it wasn't Monday! Then there is
Eeyore, the donkey who always gets picked on, and of course Pooh Bear who usually finds time to toddle
home for a spot of honey around 11 AM.

I found this book on a list of 1000 books to read before I you-know-what. I read it and enjoyed it very much. Yes, I know it is a book for children but I did not start reatding Dr. Suess until I was way older than any child. I recommend this book for adults and children. It will take only a minute to read but you will enjoy it.

I mean, I love them both. But the first is still the best.

I bought from the seller "Books wagon".
The book did take its sweet time to arrive, almost 2 weeks. But the dispatch takes a long time, after the dispatch the package reached me in two days. No problems other than that though. The quality of the book is great. A must have for Winnie the pooh fans!
