I really enjoyed reading this book. I have found that books on this type of subject matter are rare (at least in my experience). The information presented here provides a scientific basis for generations of esoteric study. If you decide to purchase and read this book, you may also want to look into Reiki or meditation as a starting point. These two subjects will help broaden one's understanding of her book. Otherwise, her book and thesis will stand on its own.
