Al does an amazing job of presenting his concept in a fun, easy to read in a not too long and dragged out way.
To frame it as the “100/0” principle is genius. This should be required reading for all leaders whether in business, on any team or in our personal lives. I’m so motivated by this book. I read it 20 years ago when I met Al at a local chamber of commerce event and had him come speak to our company leaders. It was game changing.
Now, as an author myself (French Fry Leadership: How to Attain Profits Through Serving People) I have read this book again to remind myself of what energized me 20 years ago. It plays even better today with all that is going on and all that has changed/evolved in the world today.
