Healing journey directed by God
I wasn't too far from the accident when it happened 20 years ago. I passed the sight often and prayed for Kaitlyn and Abel everytime I did. I continued to pray for both of them over the 2 decades, not knowing where or how they were. I recently found Kaitlyn in FB and cried like a baby seeing this amazing, strong Christian woman she has become. I am now praying for her young family as well. My life has been scarred with trauma, hurt and loss but I had no idea how the pages would minister to me! I read it in 2 days and have since gifted it 3 times to people I believe would find a secure path of hopeful healing as well as only God can provide.

Kaitlyn has done a great job opening up about the pain of loss and the struggle to make sense of that sorrow. I know that until you experience something like that you can’t know how much you need this perspective. I am giving a copy to several people close to me who can benefit from her writing about how she walks thru this tragedy.
If you, or someone you know is dealing with grief, especially from sudden, unexpected loss, this book is so helpful. Also, I would suggest you read it for yourself, regardless, to give you tools for walking with someone who is hurting. Either way, it is well done and written with understanding and thoughtfulness.
