    As an operations director for a small market service company, I started a book program with the leadership team to help jump start new ideas and find new paths towards excellence. Creating SuperFans: How to Turn Your Customers Into Lifelong Advocates is one of the very best books we’ve read since the start!

    The focus on the overall experience is such a key factor in how service is perceived in the modern market, with every step along the way being critical. Understanding how excellence and commitment to the client experience is key to success is highlighted so well throughout this book, and the way the book itself is laid out is an experience itself which demonstrates it perfectly.

    This book provides immeasurable insight into some key ways of developing lifelong and loyal advocates, maintaining a unified experience for clientele, and how to ensure your processes can deliver those high-level results time and time again.

    It is a fresh and engaging take on service delivery, a joy to read, and absolutely one to keep close at hand even after you’ve finished it. Brittany Hodak herself has a wonderful voice as an author, is amazingly personable, and even recorded a short, personalized, introduction to the book for my team.     This is a fantastic book written by a true industry expert. I had followed Brittany's content online for years so was excited to see she released a book and it lived up to my high expectations. Read this book if you own a business in ANY industry! I think my biggest takeaway from the book is that your customers are absolutely the biggest asset you have as a business owner and putting time, energy, resources into creating an incredible experience for them will always result in a positive return. Brittany gives so many great examples, writes in a way that is engaging and approachable, and keeps it fun! Pick up this book now!

    Brittany hammers home in SO many meaningful and practical ways, that we are now permanently immersed in an experience economy!

    Like it or not, if you are providing a service of any kind - or if your product will require service to be provided with it on the front end, in the middle or after it's purchased (ok, that covers pretty close to ANYTHING that's utilized, purchased or consumed...period) - you are now going to be compared against every other wonderful service experience out there...not just those in your own industry.

    In this world, we are now forever competing for that "best" experience for our customer. Whether it's fastest/most efficient, most nurturing, cheapest or all of those and more...all of us now have a very high expectation for what makes up an amazing experience. If we don't step up to that expectation with enthusiasm...we will lose. The way we WIN and Create Superfans along the way...is to follow as much of the recipe in this book as we possibly can!

    I watched a presentation by Brittany on Zoom at one of my professional association events. I bought her book and it resonated with me. I’ve been on my own for 22 years and I’ve amassed a successful business with many loyal clients. Brittany’s common-sense recommendations come together in her easy-to-remember model SUPER. You’ll just have to read the book to understand what that means!

    As someone who runs a service based company, this book was very applicable and helpful to what we are trying to accomplish and improve on at our company. It’s a great mix of theory and practical application ideas and examples. In general, the industry I’m in struggles with CX so I would recommend it.

    Creating Super Fans is a fantastic resource for entrepreneurs, bosses, and employees alike. With a very down-to-earth (and very witty) approach, this book provides the reader with many actionable activities. Regardless of the industry, each chapter offers advice that is easily digestible. I would recommend it to everyone.
