My passion is helping you find more of your power and your authentic voice, to blossom in to, and show up with, more of your dormant creative and leadership gifts. I love to help enable you to become who you’ve always known in your heart you could be but have been afraid to live out so far.

This transformation occurs most naturally through your deep self-acceptance and self-blossoming rather than the potential tyranny of continually trying to improve and mould yourself.

I love working with you if you know you are here to bring something new and inspiring in to the world.

All my books are about helping you find your calling, pioneer and blossom in to all that you innately are. I have sought to share new and inspiring visions for work, vocation and callings, being an entrepreneur, power and most recently in 2019 Inspired Leadership.

My latest book Be Inspired. Be Inspiring. Be Yourself – Your power to enable the best in yourself and others explores how you can offer enabling leadership. Enabling is about bringing the best out in yourself and others.

This is one of the most beautiful books that I have read in this genre, it has given me a lot of insight into how spirituality and work come together. If feel completely inspired and can recommend it to anybody that wants to expand their work life.

There are a lot of useful nuggets in this book that are inspiring, challenging and practical. He starts off in the opening chapter: “Defining the work we were born to do” with some very astute observations about how being repressed in our jobs can lead to depression, and how it’s important to unleash our creativity.

I particularly appreciated the chapter on “Knowing that money is never really the issue”, and his observations that fear of not having enough money can stifle our creativity and energy.

Unfortunately, I find Mr. Williams’ style extremely wordy and repetitive. In a 400-page book I think he could easily have condensed his key messages into a much more accessible 150 pages.

So what does he fill the other 350 pages up with? Apart from repetition and endless exercises (does anyone do the exercises in self-help books?) there is a lot of what I can only describe as psycho-babble … vague New Ageism, Buddhism combined with ancient Christian philosophy and incomprehensible poetry.

It’s a shame, because as I said at the start, hidden away are some great bits of advice.

I'm still reading this but it is heavy going - maybe i just expected too much from it! I'd be probably better off listening to this chap rather than trying to read such a thick book!

Most of the case studies were simply out-of-touch with modern life. Felt like I was reading an instruction manual for bored millionaires.
