As I just downloaded it a couple of days ago, I decided to start using it right away and turned (make that flipped😏) to the correct/current date in October. Lo and behold, the very first suggestion spoke to me loud and clear. It was all about slowing down which is something I've always struggled with, even more so recently with a BIG (life changing) move in the works. That bit of synchronicity really set a good tone for continuing to use this guide on a daily basis.
No matter how busy we get, it is never a waste of time to make time for some nurturing, reflection and self love. Too many people tend to put everyone else's needs first, until their own"well runs dry" either physically or emotionally (been there, done that).
Taking care of our own needs is NOT selfish, just the opposite imo. And a guide like this might be just what you need to get back on track in that regard.
Highly recommended.
