“As a high-achieving entrepreneur who gets a sense of accomplishment from doing, (yet always feels like I have more to do), this book nailed it in the introduction: 'I am worthy to be cared for and self-care is not yet another box to check.' 2 months of a $10 book covered almost a year of paid ($130/hr) therapy sessions 🥴. And don't get me wrong, the season I was in, I needed the check-ins with my therapist and personal accountability. But if you can't afford a therapist or just want to improve your life and/ self care practices you have to buy this. Honestly I don't know a single person that wouldn't benefit from this book. I've purchased 3. Gave the other 2 to my best friends 💛.

I was happy that I got my package faster than estimated but was not too happy that this book was wet when I pulled it out of the box. My other purchases were fine.

I just started using this book in March, I didn't go back and start January, I just started with the day I received the book. I read it each AM when I get up. Each day that Dr Zoe recommends doing something throughout the day, I really do try to tackle that one task! I am trying to incorporate journaling more in my life and I think that this book gives you some small ideas to journal about! I highly recommend! Cannot wait to continue my year!

Good suggestions of self care but it’s not as motivating as I hoped. It’s hard to keep up on sometimes and other times I forget which self care thing I am even working on. Book is okay, but I wish it was more about reflections than trying experiences.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really Enjoying this eBook😊
Reviewed in Canada on October 29, 2021
This is a beautifully presented and helpful ebook.

As I just downloaded it a couple of days ago, I decided to start using it right away and turned (make that flipped😏) to the correct/current date in October. Lo and behold, the very first suggestion spoke to me loud and clear. It was all about slowing down which is something I've always struggled with, even more so recently with a BIG (life changing) move in the works. That bit of synchronicity really set a good tone for continuing to use this guide on a daily basis.

No matter how busy we get, it is never a waste of time to make time for some nurturing, reflection and self love. Too many people tend to put everyone else's needs first, until their own"well runs dry" either physically or emotionally (been there, done that).

Taking care of our own needs is NOT selfish, just the opposite imo. And a guide like this might be just what you need to get back on track in that regard.

Highly recommended.
