About the Author

University of Tornoto alumnus, Gary Beacom, has gained international acclaim as one of the most innovative and entertaining professional ice-skaters in history. He has appeared in the world's largest and most prestigious tours, including Champions on Ice, Stars on Ice, Boitano/Witt Skating, and the Torvill and Dean World Tour. His career has been tragically hamstrung by his recent life-time deportation from the United States, after spending two and a half years in prison. He maintains his innocence. Gary currently lives in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, with his wife Deena and family.
